How to delete your data in the app

1. Open the game and go to Settings → User Data → Delete my account.

2. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

3. After confirmation, your account is scheduled for deletion. We remove:

   • Player profile and authentication identifiers (guest/username-password/SSO links)

   • Characters, progress, inventory, in-game currency and economy data

   • Cloud saves and in-game social connections

What happens next

• Deletion is irreversible.

• Live data is deleted promptly; residual copies in logs and backups are purged within 30 days.

• We may retain a minimal record that a deletion occurred (timestamp and internal ID) for fraud prevention, security, and legal compliance.

If you cannot access the app

Email solomongameswebmaster@solomongames.com with the subject “Delete my Eternum account” and include your Player ID (shown on the login or account screen). After verifying ownership we’ll delete the account as described.
