1) Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or playing Eternum (the “Game”) you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

These Terms are between YOUR COMPANY LEGAL NAME, ADDRESS/COUNTRY (“we”, “us”, “our”) and you.

2) Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be 14 or older (or have parental permission where required).

  • You may sign in as a guest or via third-party providers (e.g., Facebook, Apple Game Center, Google Play Games, Steam, Unity Player Accounts).

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and credentials. Do not share your account.

3) Virtual Items & In-Game Currency

We may offer virtual currency or items (collectively, “Virtual Items”). Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value, are licensed—not sold— and may be used only within the Game. We may manage, modify, or remove Virtual Items at any time. Virtual Items are non-refundable except where required by law.

4) Purchases & Refunds

Payments are processed by the platform store (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play, Steam). Any refund requests must follow the applicable store policy and mandatory consumer law. If a direct purchase is offered by us, additional terms will be shown at checkout.

5) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • cheat, exploit bugs, reverse engineer, or interfere with servers;

  • use the Game for unlawful, harmful, or harassing purposes;

  • infringe others’ rights or upload content that is illegal, hateful, or infringing.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

6) User Content

If you submit content (e.g., names, chat, feedback), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content for operating and improving the Game. Do not submit content you don’t have rights to.

7) Intellectual Property

The Game (including code, art, music, trademarks, and Virtual Items) is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for entertainment purposes only.

9) Third-Party Services

If you sign in through third-party providers (e.g., Facebook), their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those services. We are not responsible for third-party services.

10) Service Availability & Changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue the Game, features, or servers (including wipes/resets) at any time. We will try to give reasonable notice where practical.

11) Termination

You may stop using the Game at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or for safety, legal, or operational reasons.

12) Disclaimers

THE GAME IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

13) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) DURING THE LAST 2 MONTHS.

14) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Game or violation of these Terms.

15) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of México/Michoacan, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. COURTS/ARBITRATION INFO will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

16) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. When we do, we’ll revise the “Effective date.” Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
