This Privacy Policy explains how Solomon Games Studios (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you play Eternum (the “Game”) and use related services.
If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Game.

2) Information we collect
We collect only what we need to operate the Game and keep your account secure.
Account & identifiers

Player ID assigned by our backend (Unity Gaming Services)

Authentication identifiers when you sign in (guest/anonymous, username-password, Facebook, Google Play Games, Apple Game Center, Steam, Unity Player Accounts)

Note: We never receive your raw password; username-password is handled by Unity Authentication.
Gameplay data

Characters, progress, inventory, in-game currency/economy, achievements, settings
Diagnostics

Crash and performance data, basic device data (device model, OS version, language, approximate country/region based on IP)
What we do not collect

Precise geolocation, contacts, photos, microphone/camera recordings, or payment card data (store payments are handled by the platform store).

Operate features like code-link sign-in and account linking

Improve stability and performance (analytics, crash logs)

4) Legal bases (GDPR)
We process data as necessary to perform the contract (provide the Game), for our legitimate interests (security, anti-fraud, improvements), and to comply with law. Where required, we rely on your consent (e.g., certain platform permissions).
5) Sharing and processors
We share data with service providers who help us operate the Game, such as:

Unity (Unity Gaming Services: Authentication, Data, Analytics/crash)

Platform sign-in providers: Meta (Facebook), Google Play Games, Apple Game Center, Steam, Unity Player Accounts

These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate contracts.
6) International transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. We use reasonable safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses where applicable).
7) Data retention
We keep your account and gameplay data while you maintain an account. If you request deletion (see Section 10), we remove live data promptly and purge residual copies from backups/logs within a reasonable period (typically up to 30 days), unless we must retain limited records for security, fraud prevention, or legal reasons.
8) Children
The Game is not directed to children under the minimum age required by local law. If you believe a child provided data, contact us and we will take appropriate action.
9) Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
10) Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your data, and to object or restrict certain processing.

If you cannot access the app, email solomongameswebmaster@solomongames.com with your Player ID.
Facebook users: You may also remove the app from Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites, which sends us a deletion request.
11) Cookies & tracking
We do not run third-party advertising in the Game. We may use essential cookies or similar technologies on our websites and analytics in the Game to understand stability and performance.
12) Third-party links
The Game may link to third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
13) Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Effective date” and may provide additional notice in-app.
